Unfortunately, I could not take my recipe books to Germany with me and good luck getting my daughter to look in them for me. SO...I found this one which is similar, so check it out! Lemons and Blueberries go really well together. http://culinaryarts.about.com/od/bakingdesserts/r/lemonbluescones.htm

Also...I do love the idea of this blog and have decided to adopt you and live vicariously through your baking exploits. I cannot really bake here, the flat I live in has a microwave, but no oven and also, I am trying to lose weight and definitely don't need to bake any hot deliciousness to derail that!

Last, you should try a regular old banana bread recipe, except add white chocolate chips, lightly coated with flour to keep them from clumping, and instead of adding walnuts, add pecans that you make into pralines first. basically for pralines, you saute the pecans in brown sugar and butter until they are coated and warmed through, then dry them in a low low low oven til they are crunchy. This adds extra flavour to your basic nanner bread. Also..for lemony goodness, you can make basic muffins, like a blueberry muffin recipe, but add lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon curd and I suggest poppy seeds it produces a very lemony result. I cannot give you amounts, I have a tendency to make it up as I go along... Try it! Tell me how it goes!Indigo Dreaminghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00066579613002436009noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3152234867950832991.post-52065191252230610262011-01-23T09:12:44.567-08:002011-01-23T09:12:44.567-08:00This is so much fun -- what a great idea to share ...This is so much fun -- what a great idea to share your friendship in this way!
